Welcome Word

Counselor Iyad Tayyem

The main reason behind SAACB founding is to guarantee proper actions and financial/administrative stability for the Executive, Judiciary and Legislative in Palestine, in addition to disclose financial/administrative deviations, including public office misuse, ensure that public performance is in line with laws and regulations and that practice is done optimally and at the lowest possible cost.

To that end, SAACB law 15/2004 sets out the financially/administratively independent legal personality and full immunity to staff for actions they undertake. The law requires audited entities to cooperate and provide whatever necessary to facilitate action.

We will reconsider organizational structure and strategic/executive plans for professional and fully independent SAI that contributes to public performance improvement, accountability enhancement and quality reports that correspond to declared objectives, besides follow up recommendations included in audit reporting.

Yours sincerely,,,,,

Counselor Tayyem
